The counters don't move.

Press START and make sure location access is allowed: Settings › Privacy & Security › Location Services › Rally Tripmeter › While Using the App. Under a roof or in a garage the GPS may need a moment — the four lamps light up when the signal is good.

A tap doesn't reset SINCE LAST ACTION.

Taps only reset while a ride is running, so a touch in the holder can't reset by accident. Paused? Press RESUME first.

The distance differs from my car.

Calibrate: drive a stretch of known length, then open Settings › Calibration factor and enter the actual distance.

Does it work with the screen locked?

Yes. A ride you started keeps measuring with the screen locked or in another app. If the app is closed completely, distance driven meanwhile is not counted; when you reopen it, the app asks whether to continue the ride.

How do I correct the distance or drive in reverse?

Swipe the status bar and buttons to the left: −10 m and +10 m adjust SINCE LAST ACTION, and REVERSE makes the counters count down while you back up. Swipe back to close.

The speed limit shows a dash.

The app only shows a limit when it is sure. A dash is never a reason to drive faster — the signs on the road always apply. Speed limit data currently covers Belgium.

Where are my rides?

Settings › Recorded rides. Open a ride to see the map and the action points, and to share it as GPX.
