Who we are

Rally Tripmeter is published by Inventico bv, Belgium. Questions about privacy can be sent to info@inventico.be.

No data collection

The app does not collect, store or share any personal data on servers. It has no account, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking and no third-party SDKs, and it makes no network requests.

Location

The app uses your device's location only while a ride is being measured, to calculate distance and speed. Location access is requested "while using the app". A measurement you start keeps running while the screen is locked; the blue location indicator shows when that is the case. When a ride is paused or stopped, location is switched off.

Your rides

Recorded rides — GPS points, action points, ride names — and your settings are stored only on your device. You can delete a ride at any time in the app; deleting the app removes all of them.

You can choose to share a ride as a GPX file. That happens only when you tap Share GPX, and only to the destination you pick.

Speed limit data

Speed limits come from OpenStreetMap data included in the app. Your location is never sent anywhere to look them up. Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database License (ODbL).

Children

The app does not collect data from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with a new date.
